Lean Portfolio Manager

As an established and trusted recruitment partner to this global organisation serving over 60 countries worldwide, we have been asked to assist with the recruitment of an established Lean Portfolio Manager to lead the definition and adoption of Lean Portfolio Management practices across a portfolio of programmes.
Required Experience
*5+ years of experience in a technical role with delivery experience using industry standard agile/scrum or project/programme management methodologies
*10+ years overall IT experience including personal accountability for leading, managing and transforming target operating model and new ways of working.
*Demonstrated appreciation for large enterprise governance standards including data quality, privacy and security policies within a highly regulated industry.
*Corporate experience (ideally in UAE) leading large teams and portfolios of work in a complex digital workplace in a breadth of environments
*Recent experience working in a mature scaled agile environment, having implemented SAFe organisational constructs with particular focus on LPM governance and metrics.
*Certified Scaled Agile Program Consultant with ITLILv3 and/or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
Key skills:
*Knowledge and experience of Lean Portfolio Management principles and practices successfully applied in an enterprise wide transformation from a traditional waterfall to lean and agile operating model.
*Experience overseeing innovation accounting at an enterprise level; incorporating large cross funding initiatives, strategic portfolio budgeting and dynamic CAPEX draw down.
*Expert knowledge of process design and configuration of information systems, tools and scripts for ERP, ALM and PPM tools, Jira, Confluence, MS Office including MS Excel and PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Visio.
*Excellent servant leadership skills applied to relationship management; people management; software development; change management, technology governance and continuous process improvement
*Exceptional data science abilities including data analytics and scenario based modelling techniques supported by the persuasive abilities to engage, interact and coach senior leaders in a culturally diverse and geographically dispersed global environment.
