• Job Summary
The role of Learning & Development Supervisor s is responsible in helping people to learn, train and grow at Namariq and driving the organizational training strategy & initiatives based on operational requirements and Namariq competencies. Also, identifying training and developmental needs that build loyalty to the firm, designing and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings.

• 3 4 years of experience in mass catering production, camp experience or in a similar role.
• High commitment to work ethics and confidentiality.
• Leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledgeable about fire, health and safety procedures.
• Attentive to details with good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and under difficult condition with excellent multi-tasking skills.
• Strong F&B Cost Controlling skills.
• Good English language skills; written and oral.
• Good computer skills with Knowledge in ERP System.
• Diploma / Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management. Should have a professional kitchen apprenticeship or chefs training and food safety.
• Workplace in Yanbu.
