About Your Job:

• You will greet all clients and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service-oriented manner both in person or on the phone, presenting the features and benefits of Al Forsan Real Estate
• You will schedule tours for sales and leasing agents, while managing leads through the MasterKey system and appropriately tracking sales and leasing efforts, gathering data needed for managers and owners, and proactively coming up with ways to improve the overall leasing process
• It will be your job to maintain a professional, yet friendly, atmosphere in the leasing office and other areas where prospective clients and clients meet.
• You will need to answer incoming phone calls and emails, assisting prospective clients with their property search
• You are responsible to qualify prospects and determine needs and preferences, and provides viable options for the prospects
• Our Sales and Leasing Agents and Sales and Leasing Manager will need you to maintain their calendars and schedules tours for them with prospects
• You will be required to stay up-to-date with current openings and availabilities in Villas /Units (Premises) and is able to communicate the amenities and policies at each community, as well as bring to light potential leasing difficulties to management
• You will maintain awareness of local market conditions and trends and contribute ideas to the manager for marketing property and for improving resident satisfaction.
• You will perform other duties that management may from time to time reasonably require

• شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها؛ درجة البكالوريوس المفضل
• 2 + سنوات من إدارة العقارات سيكون أحد الأصول
• ودية، بطريقة تعاونية والصبر في التعامل مع العملاء والموظفين
• يجب أن يكون لديك مهارات الكمبيوتر بما في ذلك القدرة على إدخال المعلومات بدقة في نظام الكمبيوتر بما في ذلك Microsoft Office Suite
• معرفة ماجستير البرمجيات إدارة علاقات العملاء العقارية سيكون من المفيد
• القدرة على أخذ زمام المبادرة لحل المشاكل بسرعة
• يكون سفيرا للعلامة التجارية؛ مع الفهم المتين للعروض العقارية في شركة الوزان
• يجب الحفاظ على مظهر وسلوك احترافي
• مهارات اتصال ممتازة باللغتين العربية والانجليزيه
