Key Job Responsibilities
Maintain continuous surveillance of people in swimming pool.
Provide safety information to guests
Constantly apply standard operating procedures in your department.
Adhere to hotel policies and procedure.
Supervise the activities of swimmers by enforcing rules and regulations.
Rescue persons in distress or in danger of drowning when indicated and provide rescue breathing, CPR and First Aid.
Monitor activities in swimming areas to prevent accidents and provide assistance to swimmers.
Complete daily Life Guard check sheets.
Promote and encourage further spa and health club services and repeat bookings.
Qualifications
Standing & Walking for long hours.
Valid Life Guard , First aid and CPR certification.
Frequent bending, lifting and carrying weights.
