Job Description :
Urgently requires an experienced HR Coordinator in UAE.
Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
Enters, maintains, and/or processes information in the payroll system; information may include employee’s hourly rates, salaries, commissions, bonuses or other compensation,taxes, time worked, paid leave and holidays, deductions and withholding, address changes, and other information.
Ensures that interface between HRIS and carriers functions properly. Troubleshoots with urgency any errors in file feeds.
Ensures that employees on leave of absence are current on their health and/or voluntary premium payments.
Assists on the recruitment process by communicating with hiring managers on posting needs, review status of candidates in HRIS and responding with follow-up information, as needed.
One year experience in the same field.
Well versed in MS Office.
Good communication skills in English.
