A well-established Real estate company in Dubai is looking for the following Professional.

Position: Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor Responsibilities:
• Inspect site regularly to identify problems related to Hard and soft service.
• Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work as per forecasted workloads.
• Employ, supervise and train workers.
• Coordinate daily cleaning and maintenance activities.
• Oversee all repairs and ensure that all work is completed on time.
• Maintain all inventory and equipment, and ensure proper storage.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations and practices on site.
• Conduct preventive maintenance work.
• Conduct follow ups on all maintenance and repair work.
• Conduct safety inspections and scheduled.
• Establish strategies to meet workload demands on time.
• Supervise and train maintenance technicians.
• Communicate effectively with all co-workers, tenants and property owner regarding repairs/maintenance work.
• Check and keep records of Utilities consumption for all the properties.
• Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance
• Participate in coordination of projects (e.g. renovations)
• Annual Maintenance contracts to be managed for all the properties and facilities.
• Handover and takeover of the properties effectively and processing Refund for accounts.
• Knowledge in asset management software or CAFM software.
• Prepare quarterly and monthly PPM reports.
• An eye for detail
• Computer savvy

متطلبات مشرف الصيانة:
• 3 إلى 4 سنوات من الخبرة كمشرف صيانة (أساسي).
• ميزناة فعالة وإدارة الأداء.
• التواصل الممتاز والمهارة الشخصية.
• قوة صنع القرار وحل المشاكل مهارة.
• ينبغي ان يكون إلمام بالحاسوب.
• المعرفة بتصميم المباني، والتكييف، والسباكة، والأنظمة الكهربائية المطلوبة.
• المعرفة الأساسية لعرض الرسومات و AUTO CAD
• معرفة بالقوانين والسياسات الإقليمية المتعلقة بـ FM.
• القدرة على كتابة / إرسال وفهم مراسلات البريد الإلكتروني للمستأجر والأطراف ذات الصلة.
