Summary
Plan,directs, organizes, and coordinates the overall activities and functions of AccountsServices section to achieve its mission, goals, objectives and to enhance itsexisting systems, process and productivity.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties
1- Ensures accurate financial statements are made available to meetfinancial reporting to Employee Social Club(ESC) management.
2- Creates highly structured financial and statisticalreports to track and control operations; provides complete decision support solutionsbased on costs and standards.
3- Manages all concurrent projects and ensures thatall projects are within scope of budget.
4- Tracks project performance, specifically to analysethe successful completion of short and long-term goals. Performs risk managementto minimize project risks.
5- Oversees the assessment of the financialperformance, operational deficiencies and development of mitigation plans for ESCentities that enable effective and efficient performance management.
6- Applies best business practices and processes tohelp promote the section optimal quality process.
7- Performs financial analysis and contributes to theevaluation of projects, investment decisions, and other situations wherefinancial input is required.
8- Assigns work, establishes priorities, monitorsperformance and submits periodical clear and concise administrative andfinancial reports for all assigned services/functions.
9- Participates in selecting, recruiting, training,retaining and evaluating assigned personnel. Establishes and maintains apositive working environment to implement policies, correct deficiencies andimplements discipline procedures.
Education
Master sor Bachelor s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or relateddiscipline required.
Experience Required
Three (3) years of related experience withMaster s or five (5) years with Bachelor's Degree, including two (2) years at a(supervisory/senior) position is required.
