Manager Cloud Services

Job Objective::
Develop cloud product portfolio based on stc Bahrain s ICT strategy.
Job Specifications::
Support development of ICT strategy identifying stc Bahrain s focus areas and detailing cloud product annual roadmap
Responsible for the development, testing and delivery of commercially ready ICT cloud products
Manage timely commercial launch of cloud services, in coordination with partners and stc technical & commercial counterparts
Work closely with Marketing, Sales and Operations in the development of Go-To-Market plans to stimulate cloud services
Build value propositions across selected focus areas (e.g. SaaS, IaaS, cloud security and Managed cloud Services)
Develop business cases for designed value propositions to size potential demand and ensure attractive ROI
Monitor performance of launched cloud services against specified KPIs and report on a regular basis to higher management
Perform data-driven segmentation of the B2B market and customer base to derive insights regarding customers cloud products preferences and needs
Support process of identification, selection and closure of needed partnerships
Identify root causes of underperformance and take corrective actions as needed
Perform other duties as requested.

Qualification & Experience::
Bachelor s degree in IT or Telecom Engineering or a relevant field from a recognized university.
Min 10 yrs of functional experience. The incumbent should have spent more than 5 yrs at supervisory Level managing functional teams and SMES s
