Manage the Digital Banking section by formulating and executing innovative e-finance products, aiming to achieve the business targets and improve digital customer experience.
Contribute to the development of the Digital Banking Section objectives and participate in their achievement by performing strategy and planning related activities;
Monitors the execution of work by setting operational plans to ensure the delivery of team objectives
Ensure the tracking of overall section s performance against specified KPI s and report this information on a regular basis to Director Emerging Services
Take the lead on on-boarding projects and new digital platforms which involves external API collaboration with Regulators or FinTech partners.
Propose and deploy new solutions, programs and campaigns for digital banking which are disruptive and highly effective.
Work closely with partners and 3rd party vendors to develop new products, campaigns, features, experiences for the digital channels.
Ownership of customer touch-points, driving product acquisition, increasing adoption of new capabilities.
Manage cross functional teams (business, Technology, Risk, Compliance) to ensure that the products are delivered on time with quality.
Develop, plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (registration, activation and usage campaigns) to increase client engagement through digital channels.
Lead online sales for credit cards and personal loans acquisitions and drive incremental volume via digital banking.
Track, monitor, analyze and report sales funnel and mobile activation levels to identify opportunities to drive up sales.
Take ownership of the electronic direct marketing channel and integrate content activities for an omni-channel experience across marketing campaigns.
Liaise with internal teams to establish KPIs and develop dashboards for reporting and monitoring.
Manage governance and audit forums with both internal teams and external vendors to ensure the various channels comply with the Banks regulatory policies and compliance requirements.
Manage budget and payments to suppliers

Qualification & Experience::
Bachelor s degree in e-Commerce, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration
10-12 years experience in Finance Industry, E-commerce platforms, Business Administration
Min 3 years relevant experience in digital, innovation or financial services sector.
