What You ll Do

• Identify opportunities for real estate investments and lead project development from inception to completion.
• Define scope and strategies for real estate development projects to support the delivery pipeline.
• Conduct market research, feasibility studies, gap analyses, and prepare comprehensive business plans for approvals.
• Coordinate with internal teams legal, finance, marketing, property management, and project management to finalize project plans.
• Lead design and development processes across concept, schematic, and detailed design stages, ensuring compliance with codes and budgets.
• Secure approvals from statutory authorities and manage relationships with local entities.
• Monitor and ensure timely project completion within budget, schedule, and investment return requirements.
• Assist in project launches in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
• Prepare and present professional board papers, committee reports, and corporate documentation.
• Provide leadership to project teams, ensuring adherence to corporate governance and risk management frameworks.
