Our company is a exciting 20 year old manufacturing steel equipment for industries. We are looking for dynamic visionary leader who replaces current manager and will help by increasing sales revenues and profit, implementing proper risk management. creating great culture by attracting and managing A team players. We will give preference to those with experience in managing steel or stainless steel fabrication not erection.
Your role -
A, Replace current Manager -Manage company to replace the current manager from the role. Take over the current manager so current manager will have less than 10 percent involvement in 3-4 months time.
B, Risk Management -
i, Business & municipality -
a, Ensure the business is in compliance with economic & municipality rules and regulations of UAE.
b, Ensure clients requirements are met and products delivered on time.
c, Using great interpersonal skills you have to deal with any client confrontations.
ii, Safety risk management - Proper OSHAS safety procedures are followed and any incidence like minor accident incidents are reported.
iii, Administrative - Ensure employees are engaged and are following proper rules and discipline of the company.
iv, Proper cybersecurity measures - Proper password management (emails, accounts, employee password, laptop passwords and software passwords)
C, Grow Sales & Sales people -
i, Grow the sales by minimum 10 percent from 2019 revenues.
ii, Grow sales people in quantity and quality.
iii, Improve the current sales compensation plan.
iv, Conduct sales gap analysis of the sales team (check if proper script is being followed)
D, Culture - Ensure company culture is maintained and grown to ensure proper employee engagement.
E, Financial - Ensure administration is maintaining proper books and accounting and VAT is being submitted on time.
F, Product planning - maintain same products or introduce new products which will help grow the niche.
G, Production -
i, Liaise with production team to deliver customer goods safely and on time.
ii, Find a way to measure productivity and creativity of the employees.
H, Human resources - Make a plan and implement hiring great blue collar workers and check the company has quality workers. Three to four people would be reporting to the manager.
