Key Responsibilities:
Help ensure that high potential advertisers reach their marketing goals quickly and stay active and healthy
Develop and execute service strategies tailored to client needs, team development, and revenue objectives
Obtain ongoing client and partner feedback to assess performance against organizational objectives
Engage with Amazon Advertising s leadership team and product/platform leadership to represent business results and advocate for customer needs
Hire and develop a world-class team
Conduct resource management and capacity planning
Understand the Amazon Advertising product suite, tools, and campaign management workflow and how our broader Customer Success Team integrates with each
Develop and implement best practices to drive consistently strong ROI and ease of doing business and to scale for anticipated growth
Lead a team that manages a portfolio of advertisers using business analytics expertise to proactively identify and realize opportunities to increase revenue and performance. Support the development of these advertisers ongoing independent growth and success by building campaign optimization proposals that are meaningful, compelling and relevant to advertisers.
Customize proposals outlining the benefits of advertising products such as Display and Search advertising, including bid/budget/targeting strategies to increase advertising revenue
Design and deliver performance updates, business reviews and growth opportunity presentations to key agency contacts
Monitor account performance for optimal ROI, advertiser satisfaction, competitive analysis, and future strategy building
Work with technical account management, sales, development, and product teams to identify and solve issues blocking advertiser performance
Provide oversight and root cause analysis of issues affecting advertisers
Extend your expertise and best practices to the sales and service teams to positively impact all new advertisers to the platform
Coach team members on optimal approach to brand & communication planning
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor s degree or relevant working experience
8+ years of experience in digital advertising and client facing roles, with 3+ years experience in people management
Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
High level analytical abilities and programmatic experience
Ability to establish effective cross team and cross functional partnerships to drive cross-team initiatives
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Strong negotiating skills and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
An ability to deal with ambiguity. Can deliver results and drive change in loosely defined situations.
Demonstrated high attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
Superior verbal and written communication skills as demonstrated by experience
Experience in programmatic advertising, DSPs, and/or ad tech
Experience in technical, enterprise software engagements
Proven record of attracting, retaining and growing exceptional account management and customer service professionals
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master s degree is a plus
SQL skills
Display advertising sales/marketing experience
Salesforce proficiency
Understanding of digital creative production, ad serving, cross-channel attribution, and media math
Understanding of HTML/XML coding, Web Browsers and ability to edit using basic text editors
Well versed in campaign setup and optimization techniques
