Manager Program Management
Manages one or more client engagements or components of large scale engagements of moderate complexity. Provides technical knowledge, coaching and training to junior team members. Ensures effective engagement management by achieving the required realization, revenue and profitability targets. May participate in day to day management of team on engagements including coaching, providing constructive feedback and performance development. This role also has an increased focus on business development and building networks.
Manages one or more client engagements of moderate complexity independently consulting with Partners/Directors as appropriate.
Manages commercial aspects of an engagement to achieve desired levels of Quality and profitability; including expected utilization and productivity targets.
Develops and maintains external networks, including peers in other organizations, KPMG alumni, global contacts, social contacts and existing clients.
Uses knowledge of KPMG s broad service offerings to actively generate new business opportunities.
Contributes towards the development of case studies, proposals, deliverables or other valuable engagement know ledge. Ensures such know ledge is recorded appropriately to enable access and use by others within the firm.
Starts to specialize and contribute to a technical/practice area. Develops greater industry know ledge and continues to demonstrate credible know ledge of economic, political and market trends.
Maintains an awareness of market trends, competitor activity and products/services.
Executes projects to a level that meet member firm s Quality standards within commercial context.
Manages scope and delivers timely and quality deliverables.
Communicates risk and issues early to Leaders as appropriate.
Contribute towards creating innovative and repeatable solutions which strengthen business performance and differentiate KPMG from our competition.
Anticipates current and future needs of the firm based on extensive research and deep understanding of client business/industry.
Holds review (s) on completion of projects to identify lessons learned and enhance future quality and commercial planning.
Works on CPD to maintain professional status/accreditation.

Manages on boarding of new starters, including buddy responsibilities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Project Management or any related discipline.
Master s degree in Business Administration, Project Management or any related discipline.
Professional Certifications Preferred
Project Management (PMP).
Years of Experience
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with at least 3 - 4 years in a similar role.
Solid project management expertise in public sector in KSA for large transformation projects with different structures of project management teams and governance.
Solid expertise in defining and controlling project scope, timeline, resources, progress, communication and alignment with other project management teams at other entities and central bodies.
Monitor and manage project s assumptions, risks, dependencies, costs, and cultural issues along with the reflection on the project scope, cost and timeline
Project Planning Direct and motivate the resources assigned to the Project Team;
Plan and monitor the project with regards time, cost, resources and the quality of the end products.
Agree roles and responsibilities for the project including the formation of an appropriate project governance structure;
Prepare Project, Stage and, if necessary Exception Plans in conjunction with Project Team and agree them with the Project Sponsor and the Program Management Office;
Manage business and project risks, including the development of contingency plans;
Take responsibility for overall progress and use of resources, and initiate corrective action where necessary.
Engage and manage the technical resources within ITS to deliver the constituent elements (e.g. resources from ITS teams such as: Security, Network, Desktop, Server Technologies, Packaging, Architecture) within the framework of the project.
Managing progress and project reporting for all technical resources assigned to the project
Where appropriate, manage the vendor and product assessment process and external Supplier Management throughout the project delivery.
Establishing PMO to include processes, procedure, and templates.
Manage projects and schedules on MS Project and EPM.
Demonstrated ability to learn fast in a dynamic environment.
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to communicate with clients and partners effectively and professionally.
Strong communication, data synthesis, presentation, and leadership skills.
Strong understanding of program management skills as a discipline.
Business Language Skills
Fluent written and spoken English essential.
Arabic speaker is a plus.
