He will serve as a single point of contact for customers queries about production orders and deliveries and provide support to sales team in order booking related documentation, order execution and after sales service.Ideal candidate must be goal-oriented and have a deep knowledge of customer services and best practices.
Proven work experience as a Sales administration ,coordination and support function in a steel company
Process orders received via email or phone in SAP system ensuring accuracy
Maintain all data regarding customer,sales, cotion, quality complaints in master data base
Prepare sales contract as per INCO terms,payment terms and TDC (technical delivery conditions agreed and obtain customer approval/signature
Liaise with the Production,Quality and Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
Maintain and update sales and customer records,delivery orders ,payment received and compile reports in SAP
Develop monthly sales reports,power point presentations as per requirement
Collect customer feedback and measure customer satisfaction index
Develop and prepare all documentation as per requirements in SAP
Conversant with ISO 9000 QA audit systems for sales and marketing in steel company
Understanding of sales performance parameters and have target orientation
Skill:Strong working knowledge in SAP SD module ,Experience in Working on ISO guideline and Office TPM will be an advantage Excellent written, verbal and inter-personal communication. Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, creative thinker, able to prioritize multiple projects concurrently, working in a small, cross-functional environment . Self-motivated and team player and ready to handle multiple responsibilities as on when required .
Qualification :Degree in Sales, Marketing,Commerce, computer application ,shipping and logistics etc.
