Main Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage all the direct marketing channels (incl. Partners, Social Media, Influencers, Celebrities, Activations) for the promotion of our platforms. Operating on both a strategic and operational level with responsibilities that include management of our marketing calendar, amplification of our content libraries, and feature releases through said channels.
• Marketing outbound:
• Strategy
• Media plan (including trackers)
• Alignment with all stakeholders internally and externally

• Content Engagement:

• Telco campaigns content selection
• Paid Digital Media content selection
• Account management with Telco Partners (marketing):
• Direct relationship with marketing departments within Telco partners
• Coordination on media plans and campaigns
• Coordination with the creative team for the delivery of assets
• Influencers and celebrity endorsement:
• Strategy & planning
• Agency Management
• Campaign execution
• Performance Review
• Social Media Management:
• Owning the relationship with SM agency
• Definition of weekly content plans and engagement initiatives
• Definition of strategy, guidelines
• Customer care management
