Urgently looking for a Marketing and Customer Relations Manager for our Home Health Care Company in Jeddah.
Roles & Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute marketing strategy & budget, including patient, referring physician outreach and insurance companies.
-Create a marketing plan detailing objectives for key areas such as website, social media, campaigns and PR.
-Manage relationships with hospitals, health care organizations, organize joint events, represent Company at industry events.
-Manage patient marketing efforts, home health care related industry events, open houses, and public relations events.
-Oversee and ensure management of all marketing and sales tactics.
-Manage partnership programs; develop new channels as appropriate.
-Welcoming customers and explaining the products/services.
-Track and manage business development budget for health care services.
-Oversee and manage customer relations vis-a-vis patient's service management, telesales and satisfaction survey.
-Solicit, track and manage patient services. Ensure issues are addressed by operations team in a timely manner.
Education, skills and experience:
-Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a Related Field.
-Strong effective communicator, ability to communicate in English and Arabic is a must.
-Experienced in managing sales and customer service.
-Minimum of 2 years experience working in healthcare industry.
-Skilled in written communication, website development, social media, market research.
-Adept at Microsoft office, visual communication software products, and creative services.
