Compile and prepare evaluation reports and analysis.
Work on promotional campaign ideas.
Support the marketing team in roll-out for all advertising campaigns and media.
Plan and prepare marketing activities with specific focus on digital components.
Collect and report on internet traffic feedback and propose amendments to external agencies (digital media, etc).
Undertake continuous research and propose and present new promotional ideas and tactical strategies to increase revenue including ticketing, packaging, retail, social media, etc.
Compile data and prepare status report for Senior Marketing Manager (weekly and monthly reports).
Compile feedback relating to marketing to be included in event evaluations.
Assist with development and management of marketing budgets for each event.
Support Senior Marketing Manager in the development of communication plan.
Develop, manage and maintain marketing database including all contacts (CRM), research reports, event administration, etc.
Administrative support to the Senior Marketing Manager broader team
Manage timelines and internal budget/LPO/contract requests.
Ensure that Value In Kind (VIK) is valued, recorded and adopt a recording process that is compliant to accounting standards (Auditor approved).
Distribute of contract information to third party suppliers and consultants.
Distribute of marketing schedules, time lines and deliverables.
Provide input, based on research and experience, into the creative process and ensure that potential ideas and concepts are captured and assigned accordingly
Comply and follow process according to current FLASH standards including compliance procedures and event forms.
Successfully define and quantify tasks and deliver on time and to quality requirements.
Set and continually manage expectations with team members, departments and other stakeholders.
Manage and inform Senior Marketing Manager on any change during the life of the project and report accordingly including budgets, actual expenditure, scope, deliverables, etc. using financial controls, indicators and address any deviations effectively
Provide support to Senior Marketing Manager if any changes in project scope, budgeting, etc.
Provide support and contribute of the marketing post evaluation reports and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
Suggest and contribute to proposed marketing improvements in terms of process, deliverables, etc. for each project/event.
Support Senior Marketing Manager in developing best practices and tools for marketing execution and management track and report on campaign KPI s.
