أخصائي دعم أعمال التسويق (المحتوى)

Plan and manage the division s budget, in coordination with the Finance Department and the Content Marketing
Director.
Content Marketing Division s focal point for all ERP and Procurement activities.
Responsibility for monthly, annual and ad hoc finance and budget related reports.
Support the Content Marketing Director with the effective operations of the Content Marketing Division.
Manage the administrative and business needs of the Content Marketing Division, ensuring proactive and timely
follow up with all internal and external stakeholders.
Provide support in the tendering process and the project management of Content marketing projects, programmes and initiatives.
Facilitate documentation for internal stakeholders.
Support and facilitate the administrational and business organizational planning of key SC promotional activities, in coordination with internal and external project stakeholders.
Support with contract management work with Content Marketing Section Managers to keep track of scope delivery and eligibility for payment.
Act as a filter for the office of the Content Marketing Director. Receiving, assessing and trafficking marketing briefing forms, materials, deliverables and collaterals.
Assist with project trafficking with internal stakeholders and follow up with client departments.
Organise internal workshops and meetings related to strategic projects of the Content Marketing Division.
Coordinate project requirements between teams for the execution and delivery of various projects and corporate events.
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor directly related or relevant to the job.
Ensure the assigned responsibilities are delivered:
v to a high standard of quality and timeliness
v in full compliance with the SC Quality Policy and the Safety and Security rules and requirements
v in line with any standards and objectives designated in the Employee Performance Management system

التعليم والشهادات
المدرسة الثانوية أو الدبلوم ذي الصلة
درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في التسويق، إدارة الأعمال، الإعلام، العلاقات العامة والاتصالات
أو الانضباط ذات الصلة هو ميزة
الخبرة والمهارات 
خبرة 6 سنوات كحد أدنى في إدارة الأعمال والتمويل ويفضل أن يكون ذلك في منظمة ذات توجه رياضي
التصميم والمعرفة التقنية لخلق تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات
الكفاءة في إكسيل، باور بوينت وورد
مهارات اتصال ممتازة الكتابية والشفوية
مهارات التحليل وحل المشاكل
الاهتمام الشديد بالتفاصيل والدقة
المرونة والقدرة ذات الصلة على العمل بشكل مستقل
لاعب فريق على استعداد للعمل على الجداول الزمنية الضيقة والملعب في عند الحاجة
موقف إيجابي وصبر ومثابرة، خاصة عند التعامل مع مختلف الداخل والخارج
