• Lead lifecycle marketing strategies, inclusive of early onboarding, sustained usage, and churn and win-back programs that deliver downstream impact across the Amazon ecosystem
• Dive deep and identify customer segments and insights related to usage and the full funnel analysis of
• Design and execute cross-channel marketing initiatives that drive adoption of new shopping behaviors and lead to repeat purchasing
• Develop innovative ways and potentially new tools to communicate with customers across email, social, on device, mobile, push notifications, direct mail, and more
• Own campaigns targeting and segmentation, messaging, content and design, planning. You will build and execute campaigns, report on individual campaign results and bigger picture trends
• Own the messaging strategy and write strong copy, including irresistible calls-to-action for targeted audiences.
• Utilize A/B testing to develop and run test and learn strategies across all marketing placements and vehicles
• Partner with product managers to develop automated tools and marketing programs by customer and lifecycle cohorts to improve personalization, messaging strategies and offers (on and off device)
