Your Future Role:
In this role, you will report to the Marketing Director. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: managing the strategic marketing plan and execution, collateral material creation, providing innovative and original marketing ideas that both advance commercial and positioning objectives of the company; Ad creation and placement ( Print, Broadcast, and Electronic Media ), project budget creation and tracking, direct mail and email campaign development and execution, tradeshow coordination and event planning support. You are also expected to collaborate with internal teams to reflect the ongoing business activities and align the marketing efforts with the overall business strategy.
Your Experience and Background:
You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in an agency, corporate marketing or creative services environment, working for a Real Estate industry. You have a proven experience as Marketing Manager, with knowledge of KPIs and techniques for marketing management.
You speak English and Arabic fluently, well presented and have exceptional project management and organizational skills. To be successful in this role, you should have a solid knowledge of office media platforms, you are familiar with the latest trends and best practices in Marketing, well versed with campaign design and executive, You should have knowledge of public relations practices, superior writing and editing skills including expertise in marketing plan creation, proposal writing, news release and feature writing as well as light copywriting. You should also have high attention to detail and clear verbal and written communication skills.
