Recruiting Lebanese Marketing Manager for a real estate company located in Kuwait.
SUMMARY: Establish and promote the strategy to generate business, marketing opportunities and sales revenue.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1-Create, manage and implement marketing strategy, plan and budget for the real estate sales in conjunction with appropriate team members and increase brand awareness.
Manage all marketing responsibilities for the company and activities within the marketing department.
Manage multiple projects from conception to completion by working closely with team members and management.
Attend client presentations and prepare request for proposals, or RFPs.
Work with influencers at all levels for events and brand awareness campaigns.
Work with agents, vendors, lawyers and members of the press to establish a high profile for the business.
Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
2. Co-coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities.
Manage development of all fulfillment materials and fulfillment process (design, production, brochures, ads etc.
Manage results-driven mass marketing campaigns including but not limited to all digital push and pull initiatives, billboards, direct mail, emails, events, referrals, social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Snapchat)
Coordinate digital lead generation programs and measure results in conjunction with the Marketing team.
Manage press relations, speaking engagements, special events and community outreach activities (press releases, stories, interviews, trade show exhibitions etc.)
3. Lead the marketing team to achieve set goals.
Act as a leader within the office with an eye towards positive company culture Manage and empower Marketing Designer & Social Media
Set objectives for team members and follow-up on implementation.
Identify and remove obstacle that face marketing activities.
4. Oversee the company s marketing budget.
Create and manage budget, purchase orders, billing process, campaign ROI and communicate transparently with stakeholders.
Analyze potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Master s degree in Marketing preferred.
Must have 4 years work experience in a real estate-focused marketing or communications role.
Social media certificate digital marketing professional certificate
Knowledge:
Principles, practices and techniques of the marketing & digital marketing industry.
Plan, organize and administer comprehensive reports and presentations.
Knowledge of the industry news and trends to effectively communicate big ideas to clients.
Knowledge about Google AdWords, Analytics & Tag Manager, website maintenance and other relevant software programs.
Skill & Personal Qualities:
