The Central & Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa (CEMA) Marketing Manager, Visualization will have the pivotal role to develop, direct & execute all marketing activities for the respective product group in the CEMA region by working with the regional BU Directors, local Marketing teams (downstream marketing), and the global marketing team (upstream marketing).
The CEMA Product Manager, Visualization is also in charge of developing a CEMA marketing plan for the product group to achieve the global and CEMA targets in line with global strategy and tactics.

A Day in the Life
•Product management (strategies and tactics, forecasting, pricing & product group profitability)
•Product promotion (product collateral & product literature development, congresses & symposia)
•Portfolio & life cycle management (product launches, portfolio pricing/margins)
•Marketing initiatives for product group (congress activities like symposia)
•Cometitive response & tactics
•BS/BA degree in marketing, economics, or biomedical engineering
•BA and / or additional Healthcare related (scientific or engineering) post-graduate degree is a plus
•10+ years professional experience in a business function (Sales, Marketing, Business / Market Development)
•7+ years professional experience in Healthcare / Medical Devices / Pharma in a mature European market
•Solid expertise in a large corporate environment with a significant matrix culture.
•Fluent in English
•Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
•Market Analysis: Solid understanding of relevant regulatory environment as well as clinical / economical barriers to adoption of MITG portfolio of disease state solutions.
•Customer Understanding: Strong ability to translate customer & patient data into insights about customer needs as well as potential adoption barriers.
•Business & Financial Acumen: Ability to identify economically relevant opportunities for MITG and model the financial impact for the company.
•Marketing Strategy: Competent in strategic planning and detailed definition of country market development roadmap.
•Possesses sense of urgency in decision making process, yet still maintains well though-out, data-driven decision making process.
•Ability to convey messages effectively in a variety of settings and across levels.
Travel Required: W illingness to travel 50 - 60% of the time
