• Weekly sales analysis and reporting the areas of best-selling and low performance.
• Analysing pre seasons sales and forecasting sales budget for upcoming seasons
• Analysing category wise performance, margin earned and recommend the Quantity and achievable margin per category for next season.
• Analysing territory and store wise data to revise store ranking based on sales. Allocating and replenish merchandise across territories from their respective RDC’s.
• Reviewing price points at equal intervals and revising if needed.
• Initiate inter store transfer based on performance across categories and storylines.
• Formulating markdown strategy for sales period and other occasions like Eid, New year etc., Presenting post seasonal review to management. Weekly con-call to territories and stores to review performance based on target.
• Analysing sales vs stock
• Assortment Planning – Size, Color, Pattern and Fabric for respective products
• Products Managed – Ties, Trolley Bags, Business Bags, Hand Gloves and Wallets
• Working closely with the Buyers for product range selection and finalizing the order quantities
• Shipment tracking and working closely with the sourcing and logistics team
