1. Job Purpose Summary
تقديم التقارير إلى قائد الفريق-Pharmacies Team, the Merchandizer- حساب رئيسي, is responsible to provide optimum display for the product in the pharmacies.
2. الواجبات والمسؤوليات
To contribute and implement the sales & marketing strategies (product knowledge, أنشطة, ترويج, نقطه البيع (POS), عروض خاصه, discounts ), for the portfolio of products offered for sale at Pharmacies, تحت اشراف قائد الفريق, in coordination with the Market support representative (s) to reach set targets by product, region and territory.
To visit Key account customers based on a preset routing plan approved by the team leader.
To maintain customer relationships by answering their questions; responding to special requests; describing product features.
To maintain store shelves by observing displays of the products; providing optimum display of products.
To present and promote the portfolio s products.
To take orders when needed.
To coordinate with Market Support representative(s) for activities in order to reach set targets for pharmacist participation in activities (conferences, window displays )
To control customers stock level (minimum vs. maximum), product s availability, تواريخ الانتهاء, visibility and shelving.
STRUCTURE AND SEQUENCE OF CALLS:
To visit 15 Key account pharmacies per day, To allocate an average of 20 minutes for each visit taking into consideration the preset rate of visits according to region and pharmacy category (Ref: رشوة-010-16-03)
market information: To collect market information and communicate it to team leader and Market support representative according to company reporting system and tools, to be integrated in the Monthly Sales Report.
اتصللات: To maintain close communication with sales team members, مندوبين طبيين, مبيعات عبر الهاتف, market support representatives, aligned with their line of responsibility, requesting approval and directions whenever necessary from the Team leader and the sales management.
