We are looking for LS Retail Consultant/Analyst/Implementer in support of our growing Retail practice. We have developed a Practice Area focused on the Retail space leveraging the LS Retail NAV Solution. We are looking for a Techno Functional Consultant specifically with prior Retail and POS related experience in the analysis, design, and implementation of retail and POS solutions, specifically around the LS Retail NAV Solution. The successful candidate must have previous and significant hands experiences with Retail and POS industry related business challenges, opportunities, operations, and systems supporting these environments.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Apply LS Retail and POS expertise and knowledge to assist in the identification, sales, and delivery of Retail/POS Solutions
• Elicit Retail and POS related requirements from stakeholders
• Analyze prospect and client Retail and POS business requirements
• Prepare and develop high-level solutions to meet business requirements
• Translate solution components into functional requirements, tasks, activities, and conditions of satisfaction
• Validate requirements with key stakeholders
• Document results and findings during each phase of the project
• Collaborate with Project Management in the execution of implementation tasks and activities
• Analyze prospect and client Retail and POS requirements and determine gaps/fits with existing LS Retail solution components
• Make recommendations for future Retail and POS enhancements to meet changing Retail/POS industry and specific business needs
• Perform design and analysis as well as assist with the development of additional LS Retail functions and features.

Required Skills & Experience
• Must have at least 2-5 years’ experience with LS Retail software
• 2-3 years performing design, analysis, and implementation work around Retail and POS solutions and systems targeted at the Retail industry
• Previous operational experience working in a Retail environment in a technology or consulting capacity
• Basic Technical knowledge of Table fields, Page design and Report design
• Extensive knowledge of Replication, POS setup and maintenance.
• Good knowledge of Purchase, Sales and Transfer processes. Understanding of the Inventory.
• Basic Finance knowledge would be preferred.
• Good knowledge of Excel and verification of data and reports.
• Experience with various user elicitation techniques
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong time management skills
• Willingness to work occasional extended hours
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Previous Microsoft Dynamics NAV experience, mandatory.
• Excellent conflict resolution skills
• Ability to travel, sometimes on short notice
