National Customer Solutions Expert

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a strong sales professional with extensive experience in the freight forwarding industry for our National Customer Solutions role in Dubai. Your Role The National Customer Solutions Expert is a cross functional role across sea, air and road logistics covering customer solutions in UAE and Oman. Your Responsibilities
• Work closely with the National Key Account Managers to assess opportunities that add value to customers through solution consulting sessions
• Conduct & lead solution design sessions and drive the value proposition to the customers in collaboration with all stakeholders
• Support and coordinate with the regions on Global Implementations
• Drive strategies and business plans related to Customer Solution activities on a national level
• Work on marketing campaigns and events with a focus on digital solutions
Your Skills and Experiences
• Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or a similar disciple
• Minimum 3 years' experience in solutions design in a freight forwarding company
• Good understanding of operationalprocesses across all functional units
• Strong affinity with ecommerce, electronic media and customer facing information
• Excellent comand in English Language
