Design and implement quality solutions using NetSuite s native functionality, Workflows, and Suite builder
Troubleshoot process, application and functional issues, and manage these throughout NetSuite
Maintain and Administrate up-to-date NetSuite functionality, features, tools and customization.
Train and Orient our NetSuite end-users in the house to all our employees
Manage configuration of workflows, scripts, specific fields/forms, records, searches, reports, and integrate with third-party applications/databases
Act as NetSuite SME providing training, communication, and updates to end-users of the NetSuite System
Build quality dashboards and reporting packages as requested by Management
Ensure all users have proper credentials/access
Create technical documentation, including fully documenting existing and new customizations, scripts, workflows, and business processes.
Troubleshooting of daily system errors and resolution
Ongoing monitoring for data duplication and out-of-date records and ensuring that a process to clean it up is being followed.
Technical contact for configuring and maintaining automation platform & NetSuite integration.
Create and maintain dynamic lists for ongoing internal and external product communications.
