Position Overview for Nursery Teacher :

To instruct children in activities designed to promote social, physical and intellectual growth. The Nursery teacher has ultimate responsibility for the design and implementation of the daily educational program.

Main Responsibilities:

1. To ensure a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for the children placed in the school.
2. Support the development of the children’s listening, language and communication skills whilst encouraging their interest in the literature and imaginative play.
3. Encourage the children’s mathematical knowledge in a practical and play based way.
4. Broaden children’s experience and knowledge through computer technology and science.
5. Develop children’s physically awareness through games and play based activities.
6. To organize and lead activities to promote all areas of development, such as arts and crafts, music and singing, story telling, imaginative play, games etc.
7. To supervise, evaluate and instruct teaching assistants and nursery assistants.
8. Ensure the safe of the children at all times.

Knowledge, skills and experience required:

• Native English Speaker
• 2-3 years Experience as Teacher in UAE




Position Overview for Nursery Receptionist:

The receptionist plays a key role at the nursery. The receptionist should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills as they are the first point of contact at the Nursery. The receptionist/administrator is required to perform the below tasks on and on-going basis demonstrating accuracy, efficiency, consistency, and discretion at all times.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Undertake general reception duties such as answering the telephone dealing with face with face enquiries keeping diary of appointments and welcoming visitors
2. Conducting orientation tours for prospective parents, actively progressing registrations and enrolments through follow up and attend to fee collection and administrative procedures.
3. Be responsible for passing on messages as requested e.g. absence and illness, arrangements for collecting pupils, etc.
4. Book and make appointments for visitors, parents, medical professionals, etc.
5. Maintain the attendance data and record the necessary data/information and procedure reports, information and produce reports, information or data as requested
6. Inventories and ordering supplies for the classes.

Knowledge, skills and experience required:

• Must be a proficient communicator, with excellent inter-personal skills
• Must be proficient in basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Cheerful disposition
• Presentable
• General Good Health
