Job Description
This role will be responsible for the following:
To undertake role as future œSolution Consultant�. Providing Bridgestone commodities/services to maximize market share, collect the customer and distribution needs and provide necessary solution. In addition strong focus on sales support and activity to enhance business performance.
The role is based in our Casablanca Morocco Offices.
Main market will be West Africa and Morocco.
Main responsibilities:
Fully understand and be able to explain specifics concerned to Customer and OTR department
Product line up
Market trend & research (demand/ Share, Competitors information, price positioning)
Periodically visit to priority customers, conduct technical activities and collecting all sorts of available technical data in the field.
Management of 3PL relationship and performance within specific area of responsibility (Inbound or outbound logistics)
Performance monitoring
Scrap survey
Inventory check at customer site
Due to maximize customer value and customer satisfaction, provide solution to the customer, by giving advice.
Suggest the proper operation
Suitable tire product usage.
Tire ordering and stock control.
Delivery/ Logistic support
Payment management
Sales support and sales analysis
Report activities to Bridgestone MEA/ Bridgestone Japan in English on monthly basis, to have most efficient communication/logistics.
Willing to travel to mine sites/ other tire used site/ distributor office in West Africa once or twice / month (as required)
To undergo initial training in Dubai-Bridgestone MEA with future training in Bridgestone Japan.
Required skills and experience:
English & French written and spoken
Tire Experience minimum 1-2 years
Egineering Knowledge / Qualification
Experience in Mining or Construction Machinery industry is also advantage.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Word) is a must.
