Urgently looking for an experienced Office Admin in UAE.
Maintains marketing inventory by checking, tracking and replenishing as needed.
Organizes and distributes hard copy mail and email/phone distribution lists.
Support travel authorization and voucher preparation process.
Purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
Performing other relevant duties when needed.
Multi-tasking and time-management skills.
Two years experience in same field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
