Urgently looking for an experienced Office Assistant in UAE.
Faxes and photocopies information as needed.
May keep record of absences and hours worked by unit personnel.
Answer a multi-line phone system, forwarding calls as necessary and appropriate.
Maintain general office supplies and break room supplies.
Review the electronic conference room calendars for conflict and awareness.
Bachelors Degree or equivalent.
Two years experience in same field.
Time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
