May keep record of absences and hours worked by unit personnel.
Accurately maintains records in compliance with company standards.
Receive, distribute, & record all office mail and packages as required.
Make accommodations and entertainment arrangements for company visitors/clients.
General Filing and book keeping Assistance for controller.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to identify and solve problems.
Two years experience in same field.
Good organizational skills.
