We are seeking a highly organized, presentable, and proactive Office Secretary / Personal Assistant / Admin Officer to support our CEO and daily office operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will act as the primary point of contact for administrative matters and provide professional assistance to ensure the smooth running of the office.

Previous experience in administration, secretarial support, or personal assistant roles (UAE experience preferred). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure. Presentable, professional, and well-mannered. Flexible working hours and willingness to adapt to business needs. Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic administrative software. UAE Driving License is preferred but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities Provide direct administrative and personal support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner. Maintain office systems, records, supplies, and ensure a well-organized workspace. Prepare reports, letters, presentations, and other documentation when required. Coordinate with internal departments, clients, and external partners when necessary. Assist with event planning, staff scheduling, and office-related tasks. Uphold confidentiality and represent the company professionally at all times. Perform additional duties assigned by management as needed.
