الأدوار والمسؤوليات
- Act as the primary Operations point of contact with MOHAP, DHA/DOH, Municipality, Civil Defence, Immigration, Labor, GDRFA, and Emirates ID.
- Coordinate operational licenses, facility approvals, renewals, and modifications for hospital units, services, equipment, and expansions.
- Support Operations in clinical service launches, bed capacity changes, OT/ICU approvals, radiology and pharmacy licensing, and facility reconfigurations.
- Manage Civil Defence approvals, fire & safety NOCs, and emergency preparedness documentation.
- Coordinate inspections, audits, and site visits by regulatory authorities and ensure timely closure of observations.
- Track validity of operational permits, contracts, and statutory certificates and ensure zero lapse.
- Liaise with Engineering, Facilities, Nursing, and Clinical Operations teams to align regulatory requirements with operational timelines.
- Maintain dashboards and reports on regulatory status, approvals, expiries, and risks impacting operations.
- Keep Operations leadership informed of regulatory changes affecting service delivery and hospital workflows.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3–7 years’ experience as a GRO, preferably in hospital or healthcare operations.
- Strong working knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations, facility licensing, and operational compliance.
- Hands-on experience with health authority portals (MOHAP / DHA / DOH).
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to operational detail and timelines
- Ability to manage multiple approvals simultaneously
- Confidentiality and compliance-driven mindset
- Fluency in Arabic and English
