The Online Coordinator will report to the Communication Manager and will represent the group online through managing its online presence (website, social media…).
The job tasks include:
Maintain and update the group's websites and all online presence of the magazines and their brands on social media
Review & edit articles and photo selections before they are published online in cooperation the Editors in Chief
Work closely with the communication manager to develop ongoing online communication plans
Establish point of order and calendar-driven plans for events & magazines' promotions
Execute online communication plans
Act as writer and editor of all online communication vehicles and content
Update, continually and as needed, online profiles, graphics, content, brochures, media kits, messages and fact sheets
Engage customers, clients and partners online and help build a strong online community around our brands
Oversee the publication and sharing of all branded material online
Monitor & recording the company’s online presence
Provide accurate, relevant and timely feedback and content to customers, clients or partners online.
Offer superior customer service to online clients and partners
Maintain style, logo, and brand guidelines, graphics and photos
Qualifications & Skills:
Critical thinking, time management, judgment and decision and active learning are required
Understanding the impact of online presence on company image, brand and performance
Capacity to coordinate and implement communication strategies
Ability and desire to interact with people at all management levels and from all departments to collect and share information
Ability to respond urgently and accurately to the needs of the online community
Understanding of how social media work
Maintaining a positive attitude and a constructive relationship with our online audience
Capability to deal constructively with conflict, focusing on the situation and diffusing conflicts before they arise
Capacity to gain cooperation from others
Aptitude to take initiative to identify and act upon problems, offering constructive solutions
Willingness and ability to adjust to changing conditions and priorities
Ability to follow through tasks with minimal supervision
Requirements:
Fluent in Arabic & English
Strong editing skills
Strong written communication skills
Strong research and analytical skills
Basic Microsoft office skills
