Manage daily operational topics such as replenishment, warehouse & customer service coordination, product returns, stock issues, invoicing and others.
Drive key contractual terms/commitments with eCom partners on day-to-day operations.
Drive eCom targets (sell-out KPI’s such as top line, conversion rates, traffic, stock cover and others) for own eCommerce, while supervising franchise eCommerce partner performance.
Manage range roll-out within agreed dates, retail introduction & Marketing Activation Team alignment to build relevant content, brand communication and activation for product launches.
Monitor sell-out and order book continuously to ensure on-time deliveries and replenishment; and that account marketing activations are linked to increase online sell-out.
Manage eCom pricing & mark-downs with market-specific guidelines for the Direct-To-Consumer channel within the company policies and processes.
Drive data management to provide strategic commercial inputs to Concept-To-Consumer, Merchandising, Planning and Marketing Activation Teams on product & campaign performances.
Build and drive reporting and data analytics on agreed KPIs within agreed timelines.
Monitor and report on customers/competitors sell-through activities and propose/initiate/take actions.
