Job Description

Drive integrity & reliability assessment of company’s operational assets and act as interface with sites pertaining to all integrity & reliability related matters.
Proactively pursue opportunities for standardization/optimization of technical practices leading to improvements in asset lifetime so as to achieve standards set under Operational Excellence resulting in improved company bottom-line.
Ensure uniform execution of best-in-class integrity assurance & reliability strategies which reinforce the overall business objective for Operational Excellence and drive a culture of Technical Excellence in line with Company's expectation


Desired Candidate Profile

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemical, Mechanical, or equivalent degree
Minimum 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry with at least 5 years in a relevant senior functional management role;
5 + years of demonstrated experience in Operational Excellence or related roles with good understanding of the continuous improvement principles, systems and processes across several functions and organizations.

Skills
Wide range of experience in Refining roles, including Technical, Operations and/or Maintenance
Experience establishing refining strategy for long term goals of Operations Ability to analyse and implement changes that result in improved efficiency, greater process throughput, reduced operating costs and improved plant maintainability
Exceptional skills in leadership, coaching, analytical problem solving and strong business acumen
Promote team work and spirit within the team to achieve functional goals
Ability to effectively exchange information with peers, management and other personnel
Experience building a learning culture of continuous improvement and sustainability
Ability to work well independently and cross-functionally as part of an established and growing team.
Ability to build effective working relationships, persuade and influence, and problem-solve complex issues Strategic thinking.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Quick and sound decision making and judgement.
Fluent in English language, both written and spoken.
Technical Report Writing.
