WHAT YOU'LL DO
Manage key conversion points in the entire marketing funnel
Manage and optimize landing pages, calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead-generating components
A/B test and continually measure the performance of emails, Google Ads, Social Ads, Landing Pages, Videos, Content tools and CTAs
Collaborate with teams responsible for email, social media, paid ads, videos, landing pages and website in order to optimize each conversion path
Optimize our clients' marketing s conversion paths including organic and paid traffic
Increase conversion rates and drive marketing-qualified leads into the TOFU MOFU BOFU funnel
Work with Google Tag Manager to setup events, goals and custom variables
Utilize smart content tools such as Google Optimize
Use Google Analytics to understand visitors' behavior and identify potential areas for improvements or priorities for optimization
Work with our Data Reporting engine to review automated reports and produce specific reports as needed
Create and prioritize test hypotheses and ideas from both qualitative and quantitative insights
Collaborate with the Design team to develop test mockups and concepts
Launch A/B or split page tests, analyze and report results, alongside lessons learned
Gather qualitative data through surveys, polls, video recordings, and user testing.
Collaborate with Product Executives providing feedback on components from the perspective of UX and qualitative/quantitative data analysis.
Solve queries from other team members regarding metrics, dimensions and in general, questions about data analysis or solving for specific data needs.
Use smart content and behavioral personalization to optimize conversions for lifecycle stage and progressively profile our leads
WHAT YOU NEED
BA/BS or equivalent working experience
Past experience with web analytics, A/B testing, and inbound marketing tactics
Solid communication and time-management skills
Ability to work with numbers, analytics and statistics
Ability to identify loopholes, recommendations and solutions quickly
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Critical-thinker and problem-solver
