Job Description Experience: 5 Years.
· At least 2 full cycle CRM implementations. Possess Ability to participate in business blue-print workshops, excellent communication skills, ability to manage the delivery of a small team to one's solution design. Ability to work with teams internationally is desirable.
·Process knowledge in CRM (Sales, Service, Marketing, TPM) and CRM Base Customizing/Workflow /Middleware knowledge is a plus. Technical Expertise with Order Enhancements, Interfaces, and conversions is expected.
