الأدوار والمسؤوليات
- Lead end-to-end implementation and support activities for Oracle Payroll, preferably for UAE Payroll.
- Configure payroll elements, balances, formulas, and related components within Oracle HCM.
- Develop, build, and troubleshoot Fast Formulas independentlyno separate technical resource will be provided.
- Execute payroll testing, validation, and reconciliation to ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing.
- Analyze payroll requirements and translate them into effective technical and functional configurations.
- Provide technical problem-solving, debugging, and enhancements across payroll modules.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders; client-facing exposure is not critical for this role.
- Support post-implementation activities and continuous improvements.
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
- 4-8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Payroll as a techno-functional consultant.
- UAE Payroll implementation experience is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to independently configure Oracle Payroll and build Fast Formulas.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, statutory rules, and system automation.
- Ability to work independently and deliver accurate, high-quality output.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Attributes
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized.
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification (advantage).
- Experience with multi-country payroll implementations.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision.
