Job Description: Oracle Fusion Financials Senior Consultant
Oracle Financial Senior Consultant to effectively deliver/implement Oracle Finance modules of Oracle Fusion Cloud in client facing roles
Primary Skills:
Finance domain experience with at least 3-4 end to end implementation experience on Fusion Financials
Modules - Fusion General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Cash Management, Assets
Experience on Fusion Expenses, Payments, Advance Collections and on others of Fusion Suite modules like E-Tax will be an advantage.
Required Experience and skills:
• 5-7 years of relevant experience as a resource in full lifecycle Oracle Financials implementations with at least 2 end to end Oracle Financials Fusion implementations
• Hands on experience in executing tasks and deliverables in all phases of a project lifecycle like design, build/configuration, training, testing, deploy and support
• Demonstrated experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, executing fit-gap analysis, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configurations, testing, client user training
• Expert in Implementation, Enhancement & Support activities within Oracle Fusion Cloud Environment
• Experience with the following (with expertise in atleast 3):
• GL: Configuration and setting up. Awareness on the key features provided by Oracle GL - Revaluation, consolidation, translation, general options, budgeting, allocations and reporting
• AP: Work Bench details, Setups and configurations, key reports, details on specific standalone features provided by Oracle
• AR: End to End awareness of Order to Cash Cycle. Key Functionalities of auto accounting, Lock Box Process, Auto Invoice interface generation and creation of statements and dunning letter.
• Cash Management: Bank Reconciliation Processes - Manual and Automating. Cash forecasting procedures Dependency on other financial modules.
• Fixed Assets: Asset Creation process - Manual and Automatic. Awareness of Asset category definitions - Depreciation rule, methods, etc. Creation of Asset Books and Calendars.
• Projects: Project Billing and Project Financials and integration with Project Management Tools
• Revenue Management: and applicability of IFRS standards
• BI/Hyperion (added advantage)
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, including effective ability to handle client facing roles
• Ability to effective manage multiple clients/projects effectively
• Ability to effectively work independently and anticipate next steps and tasks on projects
• Team player proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment. Experience in an onshore, offshore team structure is a plus
• Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions (ERP, CRM, etc)
• Good understanding and experience of cloud services and integration
• Strong understanding of different software development lifecycle methodologies like waterfall/agile
• Strong understanding of Oracle OUM and AIM methodologies for implementation
• Strong understanding of business processes and effective analytical skills
• Ability to travel within UAE
Additional Desired Skills
• Applicants with certifications in Oracle ERP Cloud or Fusion Financials GL, AP, AR will be preferred, however this is not a mandatory requirement
• Experience working with planning, consolidation, and financial reporting processes
• Previous experience with Big 4 s
• Fluency in Arabic and English
Job Description: Oracle Fusion Procurement Consultant
Oracle ERP Cloud Procurement Functional Consultant with experience in (Purchasing, Self Service, Contracts Supplier Portal and Inventory)
Primary Skills:
Procurement domain experience with at least 2-3 end to end implementations of Oracle Fusion Procurement modules: Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, Procurement Contracts, Spend and Performance Analysis, KPIs, Dashboards and security.
Required Experience and skills:
• 4-6 years of relevant experience as a resource in full lifecycle Oracle Procurement implementations with at least 1 end to end Oracle Fusion Procurement implementation
• Expert in implementation, enhancement & support activities within Oracle Fusion Procurement
• Hands on experience in executing tasks and deliverables in all phases of a project lifecycle like design, build/configuration, training, testing, deploy and support
• Demonstrated experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, executing fit-gap analysis, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configurations, testing, client user training
• Oracle ERP Cloud expertise in at least two or more of Procurement modules: PO, AP, Supplier Master ,Supplier portal
• Experience in Supplier Planning , Product Data Hub and Supplier Analytics would be added advantage
• Good understanding in downstream Finance modules like AP/AR is necessary
• Understanding of File based data import and export
• Understanding of OTBI reporting is must
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, including effective ability to handle client facing roles
• Ability to effective manage multiple clients/projects effectively
• Ability to effectively work independently and anticipate next steps and tasks on projects
