Your day to day
At the moment we're looking for a Pastry Chef to join our energetic, enthusiastic and passionate team. As a Pastry Chef , you will manage all aspects of the Pastry Kitchen. Supervise the preparation, baking and finishing of desserts, breads and baked goods in accordance with departmental quality standards. The ideal candidate should direct the operation of the kitchen(s), including food preparation and quality, physical maintenance, and inventory functions, to ensure hotel quality standards and revenue goals are met and food and supply costs are controlled.
What we need from you
Completion of a degree or certificate in Culinary Arts and 5 years' experience as a chef including at least 2 years in supervisory capacity or an equivalent combination of education and culinary/kitchen operations experience with specialized training in pastry/bakery.
