Main Task and Responsibilities
• Lead Foodics Pay product and solutions including digital and innovations
• Identify strategic opportunities for Foodics Pay capabilities through a strong understanding of various customer segment business needs, leveraging Foodics Pay solutions across multiple platforms
• Partner with Sales and Channel units to develop and execute account strategies, objectives and plans to increase revenue and market share for strategic accounts
• Track competition activity and continually be focused on ensuring that Foodics Pay product and solutions deployed in the market meet all relevant consumer and merchant payment needs
• Partner with Sales and Channel units to develop and execute sales strategies, objectives and plans to increase revenue and market shares for strategic accounts
• Ensures that Foodics Pay product is managed according to and complies with governance standards at all times with SAMA regulations, SLA s and MADA branding rules related to POS business
• Manage 3rd party partnerships (Payment device providers, Bank acquirer, Merchant Management solution provider) from contract administration, acquire process tracking and reporting, and promotions marketing execution in collaboration with the territory, marketing, and merchant maintenance focal point
• Understanding business requirements, sourcing information from payment providers, liaising with the CEO, Head of Products on priorities and have an apt for managing multiple work streams while ensuring all information is at hand when required
• Track competition activity and continually be focused on ensuring that Foodics Pay products and solutions deployed in the market meet all relevant consumer and merchant payment needs
• Provide consulting and guidance on Foodics Pay deliverables including business case presentation and developing creative approaches to problem resolutions
• Minimum 7-10 years of total work experience in experience in Payment aggregators/facilitators in the areas of product development, acquisition, marketing, partner education; with at least 3-5 years of experience selling to the banking Sector or payment solutions
• BS Degree graduate in Finance, Economy, any Business-related course or Information Technology
• Proven Payments experience or exposure and acquiring banking knowledge is a must. Should be knowledgeable in SAMA regulations, SLA s and MADA branding rules related to POS business
• An energetic, self-motivated person who thrives on achieving Targets and timelines in a highly dynamic environment
• Has good understanding of Digital and Mobility concepts, strategies, and solutions
• Demonstrated leadership and experience in new product development and deployment
• Demonstrated track record of planning, managing and delivering on complex cross functional projects from conceptualization to launch
• Strong analytical ability to challenge the status quo by providing fact-based insights and arguments for the development of the optimal selection criteria and ultimate payment solution
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills and techniques
• Highly organized and able to prioritize shifting workloads and responsibilities effectively
• Fluent in speaking and writing in English and Arabic is a must
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Self-starter with ability to work independently across functional groups and on multiple initiatives simultaneously
