•A minimum of two to three years experience as a Physics Teacher for an International School Syllabus.
•Should have a proven track record as an effective Physics Teacher
•Bachelor s degree in Physics, Mathematics or Engineering is required Physics as one of the main subjects. A master s degree is preferable.
•PGCE is a must.
•Approved AP certification or A Level or equivalent Teaching experience will be preferable.
•Well versed in Computer skills.
•Excellent oral and written English communication is essential.
•IELTS 6.0 Academic for non-native English speakers only.
•Should be able to provide high-quality teaching and learning support to students of all Grades.
•Should be able to have a very good classroom planning and management and to improvise the learning standards of students.
•Should be able to apply the subject knowledge in real-life contexts as practical experience.
•Should be able to implement and improve curriculum, teaching, learning and assessment strategies along with the Curriculum Dept.
•Should have very good IT skills including the use of online or electronic teaching, tracking and assessment resources.
•Should be able to manage the learning standards of the students, maintaining records, in cooperation with other co-workers and in help in promoting staff development.
•Should be able to manage all facilities and activities related to achieving the student learning process.
•Should be able to play a leadership role in role-modeling behavior, attitudes, and learning behaviors for students.
•Should be able to be responsible for achieving the set learning outcomes in students, and therefore supervise all student activities and progression to ensure outcomes.
•Should be able to develop and maintain teaching materials and assist with program quality assurance processes.
•Should be able to communicate the progression and performance of the students to the school management.
•Should be able to develop the teaching and assessment resources if required.
•Should be able to advise any issues relating to student s behavior and academic progress to the School Management.
•Should be willing for a commitment to continuing professional development.
•Total Salary per month including Accommodation, Transportation, living cost, etc. AED 16,000/-
