Study and Review of SOW, Project Specs and standards.
Preparation and modification of reports, specifications, plans, construction schedules, environmental impact studies, and designs for project.
Developing progress reports, budget reports, requirements documentation and presentations.
Liaises with all team leaders and/or members to communicate about the set targets.
In-depth knowledge of project requirements, scope, cost, schedule, billing process & payment terms.
Prepare Cost & Time impact claims as required for the projects.
Handling of subcontractors and evaluate their works including measurement certification.
Overall coordination and follow-ups with subcontractors.
Evaluate requirement and allocation of resources, coordinate with P & E department for mobilization of re-sources.
Plan and oversee the entire program of works and to develop the most appropriate method and sequence of construction operations for the project.
Participation in Kick-off Meeting with Client, PMC, Sub-Contractors, Vendors, Suppliers.
Identify WBS, Risk & delay analysis and Variances
Review and identify the details of the projects with respect to Detailed Project Report and track the scope variations happening from time to time and prepare the reports for Cost & Time implications.
Desired Candidate Profile: -
BE/B Tech/Diploma in Engg (Mech/Civil/Electrical) with 5 yrs total exp & 8 yrs for Diploma holders, must have min. 2 yrs of Gulf experience in large EPC construction projects.
