Strategy and Growth
Provide technical leadership in Sales. Collaborate and actively participate in client engagement and business development opportunities in pursuit of future work for the business.
Ensures appropriate Technical leadership and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to all positioning and sales opportunities in the region
Be a recognized thought leader in the regional market place
Supports and contributes to conference participation, presentations and budgets, in consultation with the Regional Solutions Leader
Supports the Regional Solutions Director to develop and drive region specific innovation and marketing initiatives
Provides coordination and leadership role across the region within the Solution, and coordinates activities of Communities of Practice ( CoPs ) within the Talent Management
Provides technical career opportunities, promotes culture of accountability, teamwork, and engagement for effective integration of regional staff
Supports the attraction, development and retention of the best technical talent in the industry through active mentoring and promotion of the Technical Career Framework
Lead a regionally recognised technical discipline, delivering innovative solutions that provide superior value to our Clients.
Assure the quality of technical outputs through the appointment of suitably qualified Technical Leaders & Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) within the discipline and their assignment to individual tenders and projects. Develop and maintain the framework of Technical Leaders to suit the evolving needs of the discipline.
Promotes culture of accountability, teamwork, and engagement for integration of Solutions resources, value creation, return on investment, and profit optimization within the region by contributing to go/no go decisions, resource allocation, lessons learned capture, adoption of technical best practice.
