Core Responsibilities:
Achieving own & department KPI s & Objectives.
Identifying and establishing new business by searching for new clients who might benefit from company solutions and services and maximizing customer potential.
Ensuring that sales targets are met.
Organizing sales visits & liaising with existing clients.
Assist in preparing tenders, proposals, and quotations.
Providing pre-sales and post-sales support
Preparing technical presentations and demonstrating how a solution meets client needs & requirements.
Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the company.
Provides coaching and professional development to Sales team-member in order to enhance their solutions knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills.
Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
Negotiating contracts, terms and conditions
Solving client problem and answer all their solutions inquires.
Prepare Sales reports to management as required.
Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings
Maintain updated knowledge of company solutions & services. Fulfilment of other related duties assigned by the department management.
Self-Management Responsibilities:
Defines Performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the Line Manager and ensure that the goals are achieved during the year.
Identifies the training and development requirements for self and agrees on them with the Line Manager to ensure that the required trainings are arranged and attended.
Keeps abreast of professional developments, new techniques and current issues through continued education and professional growth.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree Computer Engineering or equivalent.
Years and Nature of Experience:
5 years of experience in a similar role
Job Requirements:
Must understand the company values and winning factors.
Must understand all the company solutions and services.
Must understand all departments and what they are doing.
Must be able to talk about the company and its business as a pro with winning & convincing communication and selection of dialogues.
Must be able to act and achieve their goals with all prerequisites, preparations, planning, qualifications without being asked and without monitoring; subject to positive or negative evaluation.
