Pricing and Quotation Specialist

JD :

The Pricing and Quotation Specialist will be responsible for working with the marketing team and managers. This position will be directly responsible for pricing implementation, generating competitive analyses and strengthening overall service margin and lead day-to-day operations of the Quotations section.

This position is also responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company services as well as team members.
The main role includes providing quotations to customers by utilizing sales and technical knowledge for the preparation of quotation packages.

Job Responsibilities:

Receiving clients’ instructions to render our services;
Following up and corresponding with various departments, including Operations, Customer Service etc.
Providing specialist quoting services to the customers.
To create quotes at agreed margins;
Dealing with our in-house system to send reports and statistics to clients;
Ensure work is delivered to agreed service level;
Obtain and maintain current information on pricing structures;
Administer orders with special instructions and documentation requirements;
Communicate with all departments involved in completing quotations;
Perform other related duties as requested by supervisor or manager.

Freshers with High (GPA)


Required Skills

A subject-related educational qualification no less than a Bachelor degree, the subject can be business administration, management, business and IT, or anything that falls within this category;

Excellent command of spoken and written English language;

Formal communication skills, and the ability to write and compose formal letters which will be a daily process to communicate with various bodies;

Knowledge of modern information technology and online services;

Excellent usage of a computer and its operating system (i.e. Microsoft Windows) along with other office applications (e.g. Microsoft Office);

Ability to effectively establish rapport, present information and respond to questions from managers, and clients;

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables;
Ability to manage and maintain several portfolios for various clients at the same time, and
Good team player, honest, and willing to be cooperative with fellow colleagues.
