Process Technology Engineer

We are looking for Process Technology Engineer

Basic Responsibilities

1. Process Technology

• Responsible for providing recipes & startup sheets for production as well as the PMF file
update daily for each run.
• Conduct the new trial and generate the report with in 48Hrs also report upload in the global
portal.
• Process engineer focusing 80% on shopfloor and report the complaince the key process
activities 1) Mill ( Cooling temp, mixing time, chemical weighing and E-Graph testing)

2) Extrusion (Batch cooling control, tool temp, vaccum, change over time, and die/pin calculation 3)oven(Curing , foaming, speed and temp)

• Responsible for achieving monthly & yearly KPI. Reduction of product scrap % through

process optimization by cross varifying the checking points.
• Work with the Manufacturing, Operations and Quality to review quality, process improvements
and new product development.

• Overall responsible for product & process development of new & existing products.

• Contribution to industrialization of new products & recipe from trial to bulk production.

Updation of trial reports to global R&D.

• Responsible for online trouble shooting & informed other for corrective & preventive action
taken.

• Preparing the manufacturing target for production

2. Reporting

• Prepare the trail reports and upload in the global trail report portal

• Make sure the Carpedia report accuracy in high level to circulate to the management.

3. Communication

• New product development and improvement initiatives
• Scheduling and coordinating work to tight deadlines and within financial budgets

• Collecting data required to make improvements and modifications with Global PT

4. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

• Wearing of Proper Personal protective Equipments safety shoes ,Ear Plugs , Hand gloves & Uniform

• Safety of our work environment.

• Maintains proper use and care of equipment and advises and report to the responsible department when testing deviates from the norm.

• Maintain good house keeping in the plant

5. WAM

• Active core member in WAM programme

• Work on all assignments in all WAM piller to achieve target

• To deploy and share knowledge and training with all team

Good knowledge with different type of mixing, extrusion and curing process.

• Well known about rheological properties of compounding.

• Planning, implementing & monitoring of technological changes

Skills Good Microsoft Office Skills
Knowledge on presenting to corporate
Technical Presentation

Qualification Bachelor in rubber/polymer/Chemical engineering

Age criteria

minimum 30 years
