Job Location : UAE
Procurement :
Process GIT procurement activities as per the standard process of group IT department
Coordinate with IT team and end users to identify accurate specification for requested items
Receive invoices and validate delivery for payment processing
Check that all forms and documents are completed and necessary approvals obtained from management
Archiving all forms and documents electronically and physically as per group IT department standard
Inventory Management :
Deliver validate and store all procured equipment as per the standard process of group IT department in ARG
Dispatch IT equipment from stores as per the standard process of group IT department in ARG
Control IT inventory and ensure proper and organized storage of items
Maintain stock register ie entering inward and outward, make transfer of assets
Manage store in terms of security, space utilization and material organizations
Assets Management :
Maintain the information of all IT assets within the group as per IT assets management guide lines in ARG
Survey end user satisfaction for newly delivered items
